Gera Imperium and other shopping centers are nearby while there are several IT offices also. I can personally travel fast through the highway and Hinjewadi road. Metro line in the future will ultimately make the project more viable. So investment-wise am hoping for the best.
Location is very nice just off Mumbai-Bangalore Highway. And Hinjewadi Road is nearby. Lot of IT offices and corporates in the area and that may make it a strategic investment for me. Hope that the developer completes on time. Price-wise am satisfied.
I am hopeful of the location getting good value once the metro is complete and the project is developed. While that's still far away am still happy that it is near many offices like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and all. So footfall should be good in coming days.
Have invested to expand my retail business for the future. Location seems good since I live nearby and was looking for something close to home that will be ready in next few years. Hinjewadi Road and Highway are both nearby and upcoming metro line will boost the area I hope.
Krisala 41 Commune is in a very good location in Hinjewadi. Shop here will do good business and 24-7 power backup is there so no worries of interruption. Hinjewadi Road is there within 1 km and it makes the location very viable.
I think this project is very marketable, rooftop facilities, intelligent floorplans, and 41+ amenities are major drawcards for contemporary buyers.
We have been residing here for six months. Children enjoy the pool and badminton court, and we adults appreciate evenings in the rooftop garden.
The co-working space has been a blessing in WFH days. Only small issue occasional fluctuations in water pressure.
Though the facilities are great, constant construction work nearby makes it really noisy.
Nice location just off Expressway! Good quality building, serene atmosphere, and great rooftop party area.
