I do feel that basic amenities like car parking space and garden areas must be added for more greenery. Gym studios can be built near the apartments which will attract a lot of customers and for better views.
The apartment of the property is highly expensive which becomes unaffordable for most of the customers. I do feel that the cost of the apartment is expensive and needs to be reduced. The balcony space must be increased for a better view.
It has a huge bedroom , bathroom and kitchen. I am highly happy with the size of the apartment. It is located within a span of 930 square feet and I am amazed with sea faced rooms.
The connectivity of the apartment is excellent and Mumbai CSTM station is located nearby which I am amazed by. The international airport is located within a span of 10kms from the property.
The construction work of Midas Avenue Mumbai is highly sophisticated that I liked the most. The developer name is BH Construction company and is strategically located near Santacruz East. I loved the 2bhk rooms apartment of the property.
