PositivesStaying here helps me to feel at ease; I live at Amrapali Leisure Valley. The open area and fresh air surrounding my community appeal to me. Within the guarded community, I feel secure and my neighbours are kind. The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway allows me most of travel. Because nearby are grocery stores and small markets, my daily schedule remains easy. Near to me, I find solace in Yatharth Hospital as well as elite institutions like Ryan International. Evening strolls in the green parks within the area are something I like. I appreciate how little noise is compared with urban regions. To liven up daily life here, more local entertainment alternatives and better street lighting are really required soon.

PositivesAmrapali Leisure Valley appears to be a meticulously designed and large area in Greater Noida. Working here for several years, my expertise as an agent seems pragmatic and easy. I recommend this location since I see strong family and working professional participation. The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway links locals to Delhi and Noida with great convenience. Because demand emanates from nearby Knowledge Park and Pari Chowk offices, rental yield remains constant but rather average. I believe that neighboring schools, hospitals, and local markets complement daily life perfectly. I sincerely inform customers that metro access is still constrained and nighttime commerce is reduced.

PositivesMy experiences are fantastic, and I am a happy citizen here as I specifically picked this region for the open-air, low-density housing. Here, the well-kept society grounds and the tranquil environment are my favorite things so much. Business parks and the whole Tech Zone 4 are among the nearby offices in this area. My primary transportation benefit is rapid Noida Expressway access. I believe the main security aspect of this region is very good. Nearby are rudimentary amenities including good clinics and Delhi World Public School. For the villa idea and the green, I choose this region. For individuals looking for a quiet and safe existence, I would suggest this area. Dealing with regular stray animal problems and the lack of a decent, defined visitor parking system calls for enhancement in the area.

PositivesPositives:
I migrated to Amrapali Leisure Valley because I appreciated the concept of a secure, gated neighbourhood with outdoor areas. The closeness to the Greater Noida West Link Road allowed me to see the main benefit. For transit, I mostly used shared cars and cabs. The nearest metro station is Noida Sector 52 Blue Line. I saw Pacific World School close by and accessible Rudra Fracture Hospital. The Gaur City Mall was my favourite location.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Rush hour high traffic bottlenecks on the main routes. Pollution from local development was a serious problem. Internal roads needed renovation. Absence of fundamental local markets, which really irritated me.

PositivesPositives:
Given the future possibilities of Greater Noida West, I made an investment here some years ago and have been here for many years. I believe that the potential of this place is gradually becoming real. The road transport infrastructure is excellent, but the neighbourhood is generally calm. The great green belt region makes me value the greenery and makes me feel safe. I recommend this area to anybody seeking a slower pace of life from the frenetic pace of Noida.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
My biggest current gripe is that no metro station exists close by. Furthermore, immediate measures include control of the unrelenting construction dust outside the building and correct operation of the central sewage system.

PositivesI am pleased here as Amrapali Leisure Valley provides the best residential choices for those employed in the Noida Extension or Tech Zone 4 belt. Open areas and top-notch facilities within the community are my favourite things. Being a renter gives me a sense of safety since the whole neighborhood is gated and the security guards are strict. Given the size of the flats and villas here, I find it really reasonable. The very brief journey to nearby business parks like the Artha SEZ and other business complexes is my greatest benefit. I believe a reliable and reasonably priced e-rickshaw or feeder bus to the nearest metro is the one thing missing and requiring considerable presence here.

PositivesHere I am quite content since my belief is that the villa style inside a gated property provides unrivaled quality of living. Because of the continuous commercial expansion in Greater Noida West, I believe this area has a lot of promise. Though dependent on private cars, my simple travel link is via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway; transportation feels safe even at night. I believe the security condition is great within the community with strong security. With manicured gardens, our fantastic green area is expanding with medical and educational infrastructure. Faster expansion of the nearby shopping areas and a permanent fix for the erratic power backup problems outside the major society electricity are two pressing changes.

PositivesFor customers looking for calm villa living and top-notch security in Greater Noida West, I advise Amrapali Leisure Valley. With large clubhouses and parks, recreation is great and I think the neighborhood is very safe. The Pari Chowk Metro Station on the Aqua Line offers the closest significant connectivity; otherwise, the impending extension will be closer. One major benefit I note is the proximity to the Tech Zone 4 IT Hub and quick access to Noida through the Link Road. Near to Yatharth Hospital and institutions like Ryan International School plus Gaur City Mall are well known. Particularly with the development of Jewar Airport, the future appreciation. One important change I believe is improved access to local public transportation beyond shared cars.

PositivesPositives:
Daily living was simple, I discovered. For family life, nearby shops, general stores, schools, and hospitals made life easier. I noted that the gated community offered clubhouses, open areas, and gardens among other amenities that felt calming. I appreciated that traveling the expressway or link road let me get to shopping or work destinations without too much bother.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
I observed that internal roads occasionally had potholes or bad maintenance. Waterlogging was commonplace in the course of rains. Feeder services to metro or principal highways were very few public transportation options. I also thought the location was a little distant from Delhi or central Noida, therefore weekend excursions felt like a chore.

PositivesPositives:
Amrapali Leisure Valley appears serene and verdant. I find great appeal in the gated village with groomed grounds, walking routes, a clubhouse, pool, and open areas. The NH-24, or Expressway, allows us to get to the remainder of Noida, Greater Noida, or Delhi. Sector 52 Metro Station nearby. Nearby hospitals like Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, as well as schools like Pacific World School, St. Xavier's High School, Lotus Valley International School. The property seems solid as an investment even if the rental income is less than central Noida flats.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Internal road maintenance and drainage or waterlogging during severe rains need fixing. Better last-mile transportation links shuttle or feeder buses, help to simplify the daily commute.

PositivesPositives:
I really liked the Amrapali Leisure Valley visit. Not just high-rises, it was a magnificent, thoughtfully designed gated community with villas. I like the parks and services provided. Being next to respectable schools such Lotus Valley and the Singh Sahab Homoeopathic Hospital seemed advantageous. Though Sector 52, the closest Metro, was somewhat distant, it was generally beneficial for city access.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
There were too many potholes on the outside streets that needed immediate repair near the principal entry. During peak hours, traffic congestion was quite bad, so every day travel was frustrating. Additionally, the neighbourhood felt somewhat distant from the main city core, therefore making large grocery excursions difficult.

PositivesPositives:
Because it is so open and green, I find Amrapali Leisure Valley really appealing. The great flats seem to be roomy. This kind of configuration has quite reasonable rent. From the Noida Expressway, Bisrakh Road provides great connectivity. Schools nearby include Pacific World and hospitals like Yatharth. Shopping is simple since we are close to the Gaur City Mall. Here feels peaceful and secure. For women, the gated community security is really safe. It seems lovely, due in part to the rich green.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Traffic at peak hour is terrible, and the dirt and pollution are bad. Furthermore, last-mile metro connection is bad, and some interior roads have to be quickly fixed.

I rent in Amrapali Leisure Valley and for its amenities and value, I recommend it. Road travel and shared cars enable me to get to Techzone-4 headquarters fast. I sense safety in the gated community, and evening strolls through lush gardens are enjoyable. Nearby markets and small malls help daily life to be simple. Given the room and amenities I receive, the rent is fair relative to central Noida.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Some things might get better here: more vibrant street life, stores just outside, and regular electricity occasionally. Moreover, I believe local projects ought to be finished more quickly. Though builders and agencies are tackling delays, quicker action will benefit tenants like me. Here I love the peaceful community and living.

PositivesPositives:
I buy in Amrapali Leisure Valley since I like the big gated layout and great amenities. Living here with my family, we often frequent the clubhouse, swimming pool, and playground. Being in Techzone-4 in Greater Noida West, the project is readily linked to Noida and highways. A quick drive takes one to malls, hospitals, and schools. For my children, I treasure calm streets and grass suitable for play. Daily living becomes simple when food and other nearby services are available.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Faster completion of some outstanding projects and more consistent utility maintenance are issues that call for consideration since this would make life easier. I am aware that officials and builders are addressing frozen projects. On balance, I'm satisfied with my family life and investment here.

PositivesPositives:
Specifically, the open green areas and villa designs, which drew my family so much, Amrapali Leisure Valley's lifestyle amenities were its major strong point. Some time ago, I visited because I liked the calm, peaceful surroundings away from the bustle of the city. Those with their own vehicles have strong transport options thanks to fast access to the Noida- Greater Noida Expressway. The inside of the community is verdant and safe.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Long trips are exhausting because the area is somewhat far from the central Noida. The great air and noise pollution emanating from the still-developing areas outside the complex perimeter is another negative deserving attention.

PositivesPositives:
Because the cost for a large flat here is very reasonable when compared to central Noida, I chose Amrapali Leisure Valley. It's a gated community with plenty of facilities including clubhouses; the environment inside is excellent. It's safe and environmentally friendly. One may easily connect to the Expressway and Greater Noida West Link Road. For local trips, I depend on shared cars and taxis as the closest Metro is some kilometers distant. Generally, the project is rather safe.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
High traffic on the main Bisrakh Road during peak office hours is vexing. Also, it is absolutely required that the constant parking problems for visitors and secondary vehicles inside the complex be solved well.

Having numerous green areas and low-rise villa vibe make living Amrapali Leisure Valley has been fantastic. Being in Tech Zone 4 close to the Noida Expressway allows easy access to the NCR corporate centers. Though not in the middle of the city, this location has great appreciation potential. The finest aspects are the simple access to decent schools and Gaur City Mall as well as the great road connectivity via Bisrakh Road. The proximity of Sector 52 Metro is also a great comfort.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Urgent attention must be given to the peak hour traffic bottleneck on the major roads. Here, the air pollution presents a real worry demanding immediate ecological response.

PositivesBecause of its special location as a growth corridor in Greater Noida West, I cordially advise Amrapali Leisure Valley to all of my clients. Its strategic positioning with direct access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the future Jewar Airport link makes it unique. The land here is very reasonably priced relative to Central Noida; it provides excellent value and has really good appreciation potential on its rental yield. Nearby Fortis Hospital offers great healthcare and St. Xavier's High School tops-tier educational choices. Gaur City Mall offers excellent shopping. The local government must accelerate the completion of the FNG Expressway and interior sector roads require immediate finishing work if the market is to become perfect.

PositivesI lately relocated, and my experience is very positive in Greater Noida West. Though it is not centrally located, my reasoning is that the rapid access to the Noida Expressway makes the connectivity excellent. My complicated has a real sewage treatment system, I see. Sanitation gives me hope. I am astonished by the sheer volume of excellent colleges close by, like Delhi World Public School. I advise this region for its excellent residences. The proximity to the Techzone 4 office centers, where Wipro and other companies are located is a major benefit for work. The region, in my opinion, currently lacks sufficient local market diversity outside the primary malls.

PositivesI am quite glad I put my funds here. My family's perfect lifestyle balance comes from Amrapali Leisure Valley. Though we are not in the city center, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway network is a game-changer for me. Living here feels safe because of visible police patrols and strong security. I take a short trip to Noida Sector 51 Metro Station. The features in my apartment and the huge green areas are great. Ryan International School is where my children attend; Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is nearby should anything arise. Everything will be lifted by the planned completion of the FNG Expressway. PositivesPositives:
Amrapali Leisure Valley was nice, but I felt very cut off from the major city. The most stunning feature of the landscaped gardens inside the structure made it seem warm and green. Gaur City Mall and Yatharth Hospital were available daily. The price seemed expensive, nevertheless. The closest Sector 52 Metro was a nuisance. The office hubs were still a long ride.
and more road maintenance in the area.

Nearby hospitals like Max and Medanta serve families, as schools like Pacific World School do. The spaciousness and community vibe entice me.

This whole area is green and cool, therefore after a hard day it makes a great getaway. Though not the lowest rent, the apartments felt more reasonable here than in central Noida. Hence, we went for a 2 BHK. One great benefit for my family is that necessary amenities like D-Mart and Pacific World School are situated close by. The community security and the dedicated leisure areas are outstanding. Low-rise villa architecture offers a distinctive mood from the normal high-rise blocks around.

A major plus is the roomy houses and opulent features; the location close to the FNG Corridor is quite promising.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:

I decided to purchase in Amrapali Leisure Valley because it appeared to be inexpensive and showed great rental demand. Compared to central Delhi-NCR locations, the price appears to be affordable. Though a metro or fast public transportation is lacking in close proximity, cars and private transportation aid make the daily commute doable by road. Mostly I like quiet suburban living and the proximity of fundamental conveniences. I believe this appeals to renters seeking quiet life at a cheaper price.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
I am worried about the poor public transportation connections, scarce close-by shopping and services, and sluggish pace of growth in the neighborhood. Should these get better, I believe this area would be a significantly more appealing choice.

I like living in Amrapali Leisure Valley, Greater Noida since it seems calm and well-organized. The modern arrangement of the society and the fresh, new appearance of the houses please me. The promise of a cozy life away from congested city pandemon and the more contemporary feel of the complex wow me the most.

Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Lack of night-time security and the reported rise in local small theft. For developments, the daily traffic congestion on the main connecting routes is awful during rush hour. Driving just a few minutes, my Knowledge Park V workplace is well connected via main roadways. Local markets, excellent hospitals, and good schools abound nearby in other words, everything I require. The green open areas, designed gardens, and tranquil walking trails around the town particularly appeal to me. The 24/7 security helps me feel like I belong and am secure. PositivesFor customers looking for large family life, I advise Amrapali Leisure Valley. Families would be well suited by the gated community in Techzone 4 with ready-to-move villas and bigger apartments featuring a clubhouse, pool and parks. It is close to Artha SEZ and Gaur City. For Greater Noida West, costs are still affordable, and consistent rental demand makes it welcoming to investors. Just a short trip away are schools, hospitals, and everyday conveniences. I truly appreciated the big apartment layouts and all the green open space within the complex when I stayed at Amrapali Leisure Valley. Families will find it perfect. Through the Link Road, there was respectable connection to Noida's IT centres. With good nearby schools like Sarvottam International, the demand for rent was always constant. Many professionals seeking reasonably priced housing began to find it a suitable option.

Renting in Amrapali Leisure Valley has been generally excellent. It feels roomy and green, which is a wonderful retreat. The Noida Expressway is well connected to us. The metro is readily accessible. Amenities are reliable and rents are fair. Daily living is easy and pleasant because of the proximity of the D-Mart and Pacific World School.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:

Better street lighting outside the complex limits is finally needed. The present dearth of it causes the neighborhood to seem rather dangerous after nightfall.

PositivesBeing a broker, I sometimes advise buyers and investors this region. Near the Knowledge Park metro corridor in Techzone 4, the neighborhood has simple train access into Noida and Greater Noida. Full gated living with a clubhouse, pool, and fine internal landscaping is available in the township. Reliable emergency care is available from local hospitals and multispeciality institutions including Yatharth and other large hospitals. Because there are schools and companies nearby, the neighborhood has consistent demand for rentals. Planned wetlands and green pockets provide residents area to walk and unwind. Here, air pollution is a serious issue. Many local trips become rough because potholes afflict some internal roadways. The serious and ongoing problem with waterlogging and overall sewage disposal calls for thorough infrastructure improvements for a permanent solution.

PositivesFor all my requirements, it is strategically positioned near Sector 18 and Gaur City Mall. Although there is no direct station, the nearest choice is the Noida Sector 52 Metro Station, which makes NCR travel possible since we are very well-connected by Bisrakh Road. We have access to medical care at Rudra Fracture Hospital and great schools like Pacific World School for social infrastructure; plus, the neighbourhood is quite safe. Here, rental costs are really reasonable and very competitive. The need for superior solid garbage management inside the complex and an internal road quality upgrade within the project confines are my only two suggestions.

PositivesPositives:
I stayed here for some time, and the sheer verdancy and huge, beautifully built villas were the highlight. With quick access to the Expressway, connectivity was excellent. Daily living was made simple by proximity to facilities such Gaur City Mall and prominent institutions. The society facilities like the club at last started to take form.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
The builder's legal problems caused continuous challenges during my encounter. The lack of good water supply, based on unauthorized borewells without a GNIDA connection, was the major negative. Common infrastructure maintenance was sometimes haphazard. Local pollution and intense traffic congestion during peak hours also became daily annoyances.

PositivesPositives:
I lately relocated to the Amrapali Leisure Valley complex and feel very at home here. With significant highway connections like NH-24 and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the connectivity is a significant benefit. Nearby, excellent schools such as Paras Public School and hospitals such as Yatharth Multispeciality Hospital motivated me to select this location. Compared to several locations nearer Delhi, the rent is more reasonable.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Having stated that, there are three areas I believe might get better. One, traffic can gather during rush hours since some of the local infrastructure and roads surrounding the project are still under development. Two, I had hoped that there would be less green open space and parks inside and outside the neighborhood. Third, although the intricate appears mostly harmless, there have been sporadic claims of accidents in the larger neighborhood.

PositivesClients immediately remark on the tranquil and open setting Amrapali Leisure Valley has when I bring them there. Offering good value for end-users as well as investors, the USP of this area is its large design and pristine surroundings right in Greater Noida West. Though it is not exactly in Noida city, its connection via NH-24 and Sector 76 Metro Station makes it simple to get about. Close by are hospitals such Yatharth and Fortis and schools such Ryan International and Pacific World School. Shopping near Ansal Plaza is easy at Gaur City Mall. Perfect for families, the neighborhood is secure, reasonably priced, and lush. Nearby IT companies keep rental need constant. Only more eateries and improved public transportation might render it much more perfect.

PositivesPositives:
This was a real haven thanks to the large houses and vibrant, kept grounds. I picked the site for the quiet and connectedness combination. The FNG access and metro expansion were a major positives. Nearby were necessary facilities such as Ryan International School and Yatharth Hospital. The amenities and location seemed reasonably cheap, guaranteeing a really pleasant living experience.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Two main areas need development. The lack of a suitable GNIDA connection caused the community to depend on illegal borewells, which drew regulatory action and penalties. Thus the water problem was the biggest concern. Lack of clarity in the maintenance system and ongoing legal fights with the developer/NBCC were another problem that produced instability.

PositivesPositives:
I have lived at Amrapali Leisure Valley for a long time and enjoy our advantageous position. The Noida Extension Link Road links us very closely. The Noida Electronic City Metro Station on the Blue Line is now our closest significant metro, but the planned Aqua Line extension will be enormous for us. Along with enough medical facilities, the nearby Gaur City Mall and Pacific World School allow us access to fantastic amenities. The area is very friendly and welcoming, really beautiful, green, and secure. I really advise relocating here.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Last-mile metropolitan connections call for better committed shuttle services, hence the cleanliness of public roads beyond the main gate should be more constantly controlled.

PositivesLong-term development benefited from investment in Amrapali Leisure Valley. Part of a vast, contemporary hamlet with great security and infrastructure is it. The Greater Noida West Link Road's abundance of vegetation and great road access define its originality. With superior social infrastructure like DPS Greater Noida West and large markets at Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, this is a premium site. A good rental return and a safe, family-friendly setting enable us. The future possibility of the area makes me quite recommend it. The main area needing improvement is the ongoing slow speed of documentation and general project resolution. I believe it actually impacts buyer confidence and the whole market value achievement.

PositivesPositives:
Amrapali Leisure Valley is a fantastic little enclave inside Greater Noida West. Offering fast access to Noida and Ghaziabad, it is specifically located close to the major link road. The planned, green, and large surroundings delight me; it feels really safe. From excellent institutions like Pacific World School to retail at the vast Gaur City Mall, we have everything close. It undoubtedly provides a premium atmosphere, and the rent is still fair for the facilities we get. The vast, clean roads are what I like most.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Two things, nevertheless, have to be improved. First of all, public transportation accessibility is still bad. The nearest Metro station (Electronic City) is distant and last-mile connectivity is always a headache. Second, the main approach roads suffer from waterlogging during the monsoon season.

I am an owner of a house in Amrapali leisure valley. I have been in this place for more than 6 years with my younger brother. There were some popular cafes named Cafe Chapter, Eat in Cafe, and Exotic Cafe and they tasted awesome. Whenever I get some free time I generally visit the Eat-in Cafe. There are some good tea stalls also.

I left Amrapali leisure valley for my father's transferable job. I have been in this place for more than 8 years so I can say that my neighbors were so friendly and they were so helpful. There were some reputed private schools and some big apartments in our locality. But the area was congested with people and very noisy, which I don't like about the place.

I have my apartment in Amrapali leisure valley, Greater Noida and here I live with my parents.
The roads of our locality are well maintained and there are some big street lights which are
standing on every road to lighten the whole area. The transport services are good and we can
have clean drinking water every day.

I have my own house in Amrapali leisure valley and here I live with my wife and daughter. My
experience of living in this place is nice. Metro stations are near our locality which helps me to
travel to several places in a short duration and this saves time. There is a park beside my house
and I sent my daughter to play there with her friends.

I rented a small apartment near Amrapali leisure valley, Greater Noida and here I live with my
parents. This place is so beautiful for living and there are several famous restaurants established near Amrapali leisure valley and they are Maati, Chawla's, Elastic, and a few more. The food quality is amazing and affordable too. I love Bengali foods so much but there are no Bengali restaurants available near our locality which troubles me sometimes.
