The apartments at Pratik Gardens Kamothe are well designed but lack
decoration which you can do according to your taste after you move in. The
bathrooms come with premium fixtures but do not include a geyser which would
have been a good inclusion.

The playground is comparatively small and takes up space in the open area. The
project for adults to enjoy it but they have a jogging and cycling track which is a
good inclusion for adults. The designated yoga area is one of my favorites and
gives a place for retreat.

Unlike other projects, a clubhouse is not present in the Pratik Gardens Kamothe.
But the amenities present to satisfy all the necessary. The availability of a power
backup and water supply is uninterrupted and offers good comfort to the guests.

Pratik Gardens Kamothe is very well planned with ample space. The pool and
the central green area give a good open vibe to the project.
