Positives The Vue Residences stands out for its modern high-rise design and good connectivity to the Financial District. The open spaces make it a decent residential option in Puppalaguda.

Things to Consider Serious legal risk. The land in Survey No. 447 is under a major title dispute. The builder’s appeal in A.S. No. 16/2023 was dismissed, and S.A. No. 576/2025 is still pending in the Telangana High Court. Registered sale deeds reportedly give buyers UDS in Survey No. 447, so existing flat owners are practically part of the disputed property and may also be directly affected. Registrations, occupancy, RERA approval and bank loans do not guarantee clear title. Before buying, ask the builder to disclose the complete case details and confirm in writing whether all money, interest and expenses will be refunded if they lose the case. Until the dispute is finally resolved, I would not recommend risking your hard-earned money here. Invest in safe projects, why getting into a property that has title dispute.
