What is Dharitree Assam?

The Integrated Land Records Management System, also known as ILRMS Assam, is a portal for land records in the state. The Revenue and Disaster Management Department of the state launched this site to make land-related information transparent. The website has been named Dharitree and was launched by the Government of Assam on October 7, 2021. The portal is made accessible to the general public for easy registration, updating, access, and maintenance of land records.

The portal of Dharitree also ensures the interconnection among the subdivisions, sub registrars, circle offices, land records directorates, and offices of deputy commissioners. Dharitree Assam has made land records easy in the state and has eliminated all the hassles in between. Only around 26,000 records have been digitized and available on the portal till now, and more records will be digitized in the future.

If the village name is not available in the list on the Dharitree services for citizen portal, contact the office circle of your area for accessing the land records. The reason for the non-availability is that all the land records of Assam might not have been digitised yet. Till now, around 26,000 villages have been updated on the ILRMS Assam portal. NOC for Immovable Property
