Check Prohibited TS Dharani Land Details Online

Patta land of 20 lakh acres has been classified as “prohibited” on the Dharani Telangana portal generating tremendous hardship for thousands of property owners who are unable to transfer or sell their property through registration.

Normally, under section 22-A of the Indian Registration Act, government-owned barren, poramboke, Wakf, and endowments are placed on the forbidden list. So far, the Dharani Telangana portal has acquired over 60,000 grievances from landowners requesting that their properties should be removed from the forbidden list.

At the revenue-division and mandal level, MROs and RDOs are rejecting applicants, claiming that the state government has not given them the “modify option” to correct inaccuracies in the Dharani portal telangana and that only the collector of the district has the authority to modify data.
