This project in Dahisar is promising. Their apartment layouts are really good. I visited today and observed the model apartments; the interior design is excellent. The project appears to be solid overall. On the other hand, I've heard that some people were approved faster than others and that some even received their OC earlier. This is otherwise an excellent residential society with amazing people, and events are regularly hosted on the society podium.
