The project appears to be solid overall. On the other hand, I've heard that some people were approved faster than others and that some even received their OC earlier. This is otherwise an excellent residential society with amazing people, and events are regularly hosted on the society podium.

The overall journey of becoming a houseowner was great. Everyone was cooperative. Possession was easy. The overall experience was great, without any hesitation. I still wish the flats were a little larger. The flats seem to be pretty small for 2 BHK. But at the same time, it is within your budget, and you won't feel guilty about buying this beautiful apartment in the heart of the city. It also offers sound connectivity.
