I find Mira Road fascinating because my experiences include daily stores, excellent schools, hospitals, and low rent. I love parks and playgrounds for family time. By train I arrive at Borivali and Andheri smoothly. Though I like this location, but I think traffic congestion and packed trains need quick correction.

I chose this location and project since I sought a wise investment close to Mumbai with great future potential. The vast open area, clubhouse, infinity pool, and much more draw me most. I find these facilities quite appealing. I rely on this builder since they have a strong reputation and high-quality work in several projects. For families here, nearby schools, hospitals and shopping provide great convenience. In this neighbourhood, I believe safety is adequate. I intend to hold my unit for resale or long-term rental. My worry is, though, that some of the public services and infrastructure around here are still growing and ought to advance more quickly.

Because of the Sunteck brand name and proximity to the suburbs of Mumbai, I chose Sunteck Sky Park for investment. From their other major endeavours, I have great faith in Sunteck Realty's quality. I most enjoy the high-rise housing with great views of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. Mira Road neighborhood has superb trees and is very safe. The close Mira Road Railway Station and the soon to be Metro Station present a significant transportation advantage. I could go to the Wockhardt Hospital and the Maxus Mall just around. I believe the massive open-to-sky podium amenity deck is a really unique selling point. My only little let-down is that the local immediate service roads right near the gate call for rapid maintenance and repair.
