I pay reasonable rent. I think Undri is very beautiful with its hill views. I love the vibe of the local cafes and the nearby malls for shopping. Transport is good here, and local buses are also available. I just wish we had better drainage, regular water supply, and more sidewalk space.

For health, I advise Satyanand Hospital, as it is rather dependable. Although the Swargate Metro is around 10 kilometres away, it is my primary link to the city. I travel on the local buses from Undri Gaon. My thought is that the rent is rather reasonable. I am quite troubled by the terrible road conditions and insufficient PMC water supply, though. Soon, I hope the government improves the interior roads.

Still, I believe the confined interior roads and intermittent water supply problems desperately require fixing. Investing here provides a breath of fresh air.
