Connectivity is going to be good with the upcoming metro and roads to Navi Mumbai, Kalyan & Dombivli. I have never faced a problem like water shortage which is a regular problem in other areas. This locality is very convenient for traveling as local buses are available. This locality has good security.

Negatives: Though traffic is occasionally bad and water supply erratic, living here still seems okay to me.
