Location is also a plus — it’s close to the Expressway, schools and hospitals, and the Sector 101 metro is a short drive away. On the flip side, parking for visitors can be tight and maintenance charges feel a bit on the higher side. Some older flats have seepage or finishing issues and the lifts sometimes act up. Maintenance staff usually fix things but it can take a little time. Overall though, it’s a good choice if you want a family-friendly society with space and greenery, as long as you’re aware of the few hiccups that come with an established complex.

It has problems with parking space. Not sufficient for guests. I hope management resolves this soon.

This is an excellent location. But the interiors could have been better. I expected more for the price.
