Property Details
This impeccably designed 3 BHK residence with 4 bathrooms at Harbour Heights, Colaba offers an outstanding opportunity for discerning buyers seeking a luxurious South Mumbai address, featuring a builtup area of 1,594 sq.ft. and 1,275 sq.ft. of carpet area, along with a dedicated servants room and one stilt car parking space. The apartment enjoys serene sea and greenery views and is housed in a wellmaintained tower offering premium lifestyle amenities such as a swimming pool, landscaped garden, and electric vehicle charging facilities. Priced at 9 Cr, this elegant home seamlessly blends comfort, sophistication, and convenience in one of Mumbais most coveted neighbourhoods, with only three apartments per floor and multiple 2 BHK and 3 BHK options available within the same building.
Given that it is one of Mumbai's four peninsulas, the other three being Bandra, Worli, and Malabar Hill, Colaba has a distinct place in the city.
The region's history begins under Portuguese dominance, then after wars with Britain, British rule is established. It doesn't look back after that and has continued to develop.
Colaba is a neighbourhood in Mumbai city today that is part of Ward A, Zone 1, and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.</

I have been living here as a tenant in a house with my family. This place is nice and good for
living safety. This is well connected with other parts of the city with all kinds of transport
facilities. This place has all the basic amenities like schools, colleges, banks, ATMs, shops, and local groceries within walking distance. The roads are well maintained with proper street lights and with a parking area.
