On paper, I am happy with what I am investing in. So, Dwarka Expressway is only 5-6 mins away as I drove myself and saw. SPR is also nearby and so is the NH-8. So, you get all these connectivity options. Also kicked about so many corporate offices and the mall coming up here. Looks to be a Dubai-like lifestyle and I feel the huge layouts they are giving is worth the price.

I am excited to be a part of DLF Phase-6 development. As I heard, lots of offices coming up, American Express, also biggest Mall of North India, new Cyber City. Wanted something that was really big since I have a joint family! Now layout and sizes are good as they are promising. Also tallest DLF tower ever is one appeal that will make it a signature address for me and my family. Also, I feel that prices will rise even more in the future, since so many major roads are nearby. DLF Phase-6 will bring a very costly lifestyle here and that is why it is better to buy now. That's the reason I did it. I think it will be a upgrade from my current stay in Gurgaon.

Approach road is good to the project. Also my office is not very far away. So these were two things that mattered. Then I am passionate about golf. So four planned golf courses (hope they will be ready by the time I move in) are a big attraction. Planned jungle safari in the area is also going to be good for children and bring more tourist footfall. Only thing son's school is far away, but school bus connectivity is there and hopefully in next 2-3 years it will be even better.

Only thing when I am investing so much is that it has to be the best developer. DLF is one name that gives me lot of confidence. So, went with DLF despite looking at other projects coming up in the area. Penthouse and all are very costly but I found one unit that was okay in terms of pricing. Quality will be assured by DLF.
