Very lively society that is equipped with everything needed. More Supermarket, a well-maintained gym, cafe, hairdresser, BT court, kids' play area, yoga room, air-conditioned conference rooms, library, swimming pool, and many other amenities are all located at the clubhouse. It features parks, playgrounds, well-kept gardens, and an excellent management staff that is available around-the-clock. Acquiring an apartment near the city and benefiting from a neighboring lake means living in a dream. Very happy!

I was at the Orchid Springs Alliance Apartments recently. When I saw those tall skyscrapers, I was curious. There are around eight construction phases, or blocks. There are 14 to 16 stories in each phase. By the entrance is a clubhouse as well. There is a restaurant called "The Bench Cafe," and they provide some tasty soups, fast meals, and wonderful faloodas. All in all, this is a great area to live and call home.

Excellent housing community featuring modest to luxurious residences. features a ton of amenities, including a kids' play area, department store, library, hairdresser, indoor games, tennis court, basketball court, and clubhouse. Apartments facing the lake create a wonderful atmosphere overall. Helpful and pleasant housekeeping personnel. The location is perfect for us. For its residents, membership in the club is free. While it is very well connected to a 100-foot road, the cost is high.

Extremely safe and secure, with security personnel on duty around-the-clock to guarantee our protection. If there is an issue with your unit, you have free access to their in-house electricians and plumbers because all basic repair supplies are included in the maintenance package. This is one of Chennai's greatest and biggest residential gated communities. It takes ten minutes to drive to Koyembadu. Annanagar is ten minutes away. The site is near Korattur Lake, and the neighborhood is still developing. For any household needs, you will find everything within the premises. Large play area, caf�, and grocery. The abundance of parking spaces around the community is one of its outstanding features. Ideal for married couples with children.

A pleasant location to reside. A little away from the city center and other attractions. But it's everything in this location. A lovely club house, an additional shopping center, facilities for table tennis, badminton, and a swimming pool. A sixteen-story structure. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the maintenance is excellent. My favorite place to sit in the morning is the hallway, where I take in the scenery. My time at AOS has been fantastic!

Alliance Orchid Springs is a neighborhood of more than 2,000 apartments outside of Chennai. This is a well kept gated community with all the facilities, including lovely kid's parks, in a peaceful setting. It is a gated neighborhood near a lake that is serene and tranquil. It's not far from Annanagar. After just a year of residence, I have fallen deeply in love with this location. Many festivities and helpful individuals.
