Dreams Belle Vue offers good value for money. I got a property size of around 544 sqft with a cost of Rs 61 Lac. The cost range is good enough when I consider the location of the township as it provides good connectivity with Paud Road.

Apartments of Dreams Belle Vue come in 1 BHK and 3 BHK but all apartments are placed strategically to have a good connection. I bought a 3 BHK apartment at around 81 Lac. The cost range is cheaper for me considering the connectivity and range of amenities.
