Dreams Belle Vue offers good value for money. I got a property size of around 544 sqft with a cost of Rs 61 Lac. The cost range is good enough when I consider the location of the township as it provides good connectivity with Paud Road.

Apartments of Dreams Belle Vue come in 1 BHK and 3 BHK but all apartments are placed strategically to have a good connection. I bought a 3 BHK apartment at around 81 Lac. The cost range is cheaper for me considering the connectivity and range of amenities.

Dreams Belle Vue is an exclusive real estate project as it is made with modern designs. It spreads in 2.5 acres of land. The township is developed by one of Pune well known Developers Dreams Group. I have now good connectivity with Paud Road.
