I think pricing-wise, it is costly a little. But Godrej is the developer so that gives a sort of confidence since they are a big company who always finish project on time. Location is A-Grade and so is the features they are offering. Taken the plunge with my investment and sector 39 is already developed. I wanted to stay somewhere already established and not some upcoming part of Gurgaon. Let's see how it comes up finally.
Area-wise I have done my research and mainly it's a low-rise zone. Lot of greenery once you enter the road that goes to the project. Overall calm and not so much traffic in the internal road. Location-wise IKEA is also coming up nearby and many other prime projects. So, will be a good bet for my growing family in the future. Two clubhouses are planned by the developer, so waiting to see how it will work out once completed. Only thing it is little far from my office but that's an okay compromise if I look at family's need.
See, it is a good deal for homebuyers and also investors. I feel the brand name of developer is one thing to watch out for and also it is very nice from location perspective. NH-8 and Sohna Road is very near to project and you can also go to HUDA City metro station quickly. So, for office-goer it will save time and future investment potential of property is huge. It's just within the main entrance of Medanta Hospital, which is walking distance. So, I will recommend to all families.
First things first- Godrej is the developer. So automatically builds trust in us right. Invested for the nice plan and layout that's going to come up. and developer reputation is also a main thing for me. Location-wise, suits me because the airport connectivity is good. Only 20-25 mins to airport is ideal since I have to take frequent flights.
I am quite happy about investing in the project and only hope it will come up as per the on-paper specifications (which are actually good). What convinced me was nearby Delhi-Jaipur Expressway that's only 5-6 mins away by car and also Medanta is there in a few minutes distance. I have elderly parents so that's like a big plus.
Concerned that strong pricing relative to the market will be a challenge for its highly premium price.

I love the utmost privacy, branded finishes, and smart-home technology. I like the location also.
Proximity to Medanta and Rajiv Chowk in the central Sector 39 location is a huge plus.
