We bought our apartment here at Premier Residences last week, and I'm really enjoying the convenient location and beautiful spaces here. The apartments are very well-configured, and there are restaurants right on our doorstep, so getting around town is easy. The development is close to LBS Marg so my boyfriend can easily get to work.

The building has a swimming pool and gym as well, along with a party hall and lounge area that serves residents. The staff are also very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. I'd give Premier Residences a 10/10 in service!

I bought an apartment here at HDIL Premier Residences and it's great. There’s parking for your car, common areas like clubhouse and gym, swimming pool, boutique shopping mall right next door through the LBS Marg road and an on-site party hall along with a kids’ playground.

I’ve been at Premier Residences for two weeks and this apartment complex is wonderfully planned out. Rooms are mostly elegant 1BHK options with lots of amenities and all of them even have balconies. I’m really glad I chose to stay here, it has all the good things that you could want from an apartment.

Love this place as I get a cozy apartment (mine is 1BHk and 424 sq. ft.) and the option to work out in a gym and jogging track. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable yet comfortable accommodation close to amenities and transportations.
