I was very attracted by the 2.5 acre Central Park they are promising in the project and also by the reliability of the developer. But one thing that is USP according to me is the Hinjewadi IT Park nearby. this will save a lot of time for me and I like the fact that D-Mart and many other malls are also there.
Wanted to invest somewhere near my office in Hinjewadi. This one is near the main road and I hear of the Metro Line 3 passing nearby. So, connectivity-wise, it's not too bad right now although traffic is going up every day. Also value-wise I felt it matches our budget
Developer behavior was very nice. Told me everything I needed and that too in very simple way. Price and payment plan are also okay for me which motivated investment decision. Hinjewadi Main Road is just nearby and I am appreciating the approach road also.
For me, it was an emotional decision to buy, since my uncle's house is in the same area and I am very attached to him. Found this project to be okay in terms of pricing and the distance to office is also not too far. Society amenities will be helpful in future when I start family
This project is worth investing in, especially if you work in Hinjewadi. Hinjewadi Road is only a few minutes away from the site and you will also find all the malls, hospitals, schools and other infrastructure nearby. Developer is reputed one and upcoming metro line will boost the value also.
The swimming pool is neat and clean but seems a bit small when all the residents use it on weekends.
I had booked in advance but experienced some delay in possession. Waiting was irritating.
I love weekend swims with my children and peaceful meditation in their landscaped areas.
Life here has been a breath of fresh air. The apartments are beautifully planned, and daily life is hassle-free.
I suggest this project particularly for IT professionals. The Central Park theme, with sport courts and open meditation areas, makes it perfect for families as well.
