Parents like me will also appreciate the fact that there are both schools and colleges nearby like The Bishops School and Hill Green School. My boys aren’t old enough for school yet but I’ll probably choose the Bishops School once they are.

Personally I think we were quite lucky to land a place here while the prices are still low (I don’t know if they will rise). Amenities are great and I’m especially grateful for the 24/7 water line after the problems we had for years in our last apartment.

Rahul, my younger son, loves this place. The kids’ play area is usually full of the other kids in the project and he has fun playing with them. My husband was complaining a bit because of the long drive since Solapur road is 5.5KM away.

For context, I live with my husband and two kids. So we needed a 3BHK room with enough space for two growing kids. We went for the mid-range 3BHK option and were surprised when the tour guide said it was 1700 sq. ft. If you’ve never looked at apartments in Pune, that’s absolutely freaking huge.

I was looking for a project that would be comfortable for me and my family, and Elburz Hills Dales fits the bill pretty nicely. The development is spread out over a large area and is mostly green areas surrounding the buildings, so it’s a pretty nice area for my kids to grow up in.
