Though Sara is well suited for an off-the-grid and tranquil living it is not very convenient in terms
of local transport. Being a bit away from the busy spots in the NCR it has yet to see the
development of social facilities. Medical stores are present but lack a proper hospital for
emergencies.

Sara is adjacent to Modinagar and is a peaceful village perfect for comfortable living in
a tranquil atmosphere. All necessities can be met with retail shops within the
vicinity. City dwells will find this place very different as it is away from the chaos of
Ghaziabad. Industrial development is in progress which makes Sara a great place for
investment in housing.

Accessibility might be a bit challenging living at Sara. As it's still a small township it has
yet to see the creation of more social infrastructure. Being close to Modinagar is
advantageous but is a hassle for daily commutes to key commercial places in
Ghaziabad. But the place is very well suited for a tranquil living away from the hustle
and bustle of the city center. Large green spaces make the area open and have fewer
pollution issues.

Modinagar being just 3 KM away gives Sara the necessary conveniences required for
residential living. The area is seeing change and is expected to be one of the leading
places in NCR for affordable housing. In turn, investors will get an opportunity as the

stores are available in the location and the multiple local markets make running daily
