Schools, malls, markets, and medical infrastructures are present within arm’s reach of the Rustomjee Athena making the locality very convenient to stay in. The problem of water logging during the rainy season may be a cause for concern but the complex it well built to avert those issues.

The magnificent project Rustomjee Athena has gorgeous living areas with wonderful flooring. All of the rooms in the house have vitrified tiles, giving them an opulent atmosphere, and the area is conveniently connected to the Mumbai- Agra National Highway.

The water and power supply are good at the Rustomjee Athena and is well maintained for prompt service. But the security does not have Video surveillance capabilities which in my opinion should always be present in a housing complex.

The apartments Rustomjee Athena come with all the necessary amenity but has limited recreational options for the residents. The kid's play area is the only open space but has creatively included a cycling track which is appreciated.

The tower of Rustomjee Athena is grand a sight to behold. The grand entrance and the beautifully designed apartments with balconies give it a luxurious feel. Cleanliness and hygiene are also maintained well with the inclusion of a sewage treatment plant.
