The project is very nice. Shared amenities might be congested with the number of units.

Metro, highway & mall proximity is excellent. A double-height lobby creates a grand entrance.

The pool deck & landscaped garden are what attract me most. Meditation/yoga lawns are soothing.

I often suggest Tower 4 to buyers wanting spacious 3–4 BHKs with privacy, premium finishes, and robust amenities. Its location on Link Road offers excellent transit.
