I like that the location is close to IT parks and airport. Smart layouts and amenities are impressive.

VTP has fair brand presence. Locational is also good. My only worry is previous projects were delayed.

Being an agent, smart homes with Alexa and a video door phone, etc., are great selling points. The professional sports academies and many more are really special.
