The structure is ready only amenities and parking construction is left. 80% of the land is open space rest 20% is constructed. You get rooftop amenities. It is most luxurious property in Dahisar East. You enjoy both the metro lines Yellow line and Red line. Both the metro station take walkable distance of 5 mintues. Near to vicinity new Xavier International school is coming, you have public transport, restaurant, Medical stores, hospital, banks too. 1 BHk rent you can expect around 20k easily 2 BHk 25k monthly
