He is very close to leading real estate developer Vikas Oberoi and has invested in real estate projects helmed by Oberoi Realty. He reportedly owns a duplex in Bandra and a Lokhandwala apartment as well.

He purchased a luxury villa in Goa right on the beach which his wife Twinkle Khanna reportedly fell in love with some years earlier. He paid Rs. 5 crore for buying this stylish home which has its own swimming pool as well. It goes without saying that the value of this luxurious property has appreciated manifold ever since! His Goa villa is located at Casa de Sol in Anjuna and stands out for its Portuguese-themed design influences.
