Boduppal is a municipality on the outskirts of Hyderabad and is steadily progressing towards becoming a coveted real estate hub of the future along with the Badangpet municipality. As per reports, 1, 700 permissions for buildings have already been approved by the Boduppal municipality and 1, 600 permissions have been given by the Badangpet municipality. The civic body jurisdiction in Boduppal is located in close proximity to the Hyderabad-Warangal Highway and development has taken place rapidly throughout the entire area. Illegal constructions have come down and all owners and developers now have to properly take permission as per reports. As per reports, once DPMS (Development Permission Management System) had its inception in April 2016, approximately 46, 618 applications were garnered from Hyderabad and 36, 000 have already obtained approval save those which have been granted by HMDA and those in Greater Hyderabad.
Experts point to good prospects for Boduppal over the next few years, particularly with more projects coming up here, ample supply of land for development and comparatively reasonable prices of property. Additionally, fast-developing physical and social infrastructure along with connectivity improvements may well help Boduppal towards becoming a highly coveted affordable housing destination of the future in Hyderabad. Some of the other rapidly growing areas include Shamirpet, Amberpet and Shadnagar which are recognized realty locations today and have premium projects like Parijatha Pride, Sumadhura Acropolis and Antriksh The Jade Greens respectively.
