Hyderabad has just achieved a major milestone recently and this should augur well for the city’s real estate market and industry in general. Hyderabad has attained the top position in a leading analysis where it is the most dynamic city to live in worldwide. Other major cities in the country like Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai have also found a place in the top 30 list. Hyderabad has attained this position due to a combination of several factors.
These include sizable demand from IT and ITeS, pharma and finance companies and considerable activity from investors. Cities in this list are assessed through other parameters like their connectivity, population, economic output, real estate investments, prices of property, construction, overall corporate activity and total retail sales volumes. Bangalore was the top city in 2017 in this analysis while Hyderabad got the 5th position.
The study covered a total of 1131 emerging and well-established hubs for business throughout the world and mapped the momentum in terms of commercial real estate and socio-economic factors across all these cities. Cities which have come out trumps have the capabilities for smooth management of technology shifts globally and adaptation with the same. Cities with the highest real estate movements and economic growth have been identified. These are already going through major changes in the entire urban ecosystem since there has been rapid development of infrastructure for catering to rising demand. There are several cities that are moving up swiftly in the list and most cities in the same are from the Asia Pacific Region.
