Sarjapur is one of Bangalore’s fastest growing residential destinations and has remained a steady favorite as far as property investors are concerned. Sarjapur is located towards the southeastern part of the Garden city and offers great connectivity to key areas in Bangalore. Some of the major IT hubs nearby include Electronic City which is 19 kilometres away and Whitefield which is 15 kilometres away. The Outer Ring Road commercial hub is just 16 kilometres away while Koramangala and Marathahalli are also located in close proximity to Sarjapur. The Sarjapur Road is one of the major thoroughfares in the city. Infosys has already acquired a whopping 202 acres in Sarjapur for building a new campus.

Sarjapur Road is witnessing skyrocketing real estate growth due to its connectivity to several major IT hubs and companies in the city. The Outer Ring Road can be accessed easily and offers enhanced access to other parts of the city like Koramangala, Whitefield and Marathahalli. The locality is also home to several reputed educational institutions and commercial clusters along with well-known hospitals.

Social infrastructure is developing rapidly here and there are several hotel chains who have made this zone their home including Novotel, Hilton and Shangri-La. Sarjapur Road is a hot favorite for IT professionals who are working at Marathahalli or Whitefield or even at Electronic City. The capital values here are reasonable and relatively affordable in comparison to some of the prime locations in Bangalore.

Several prime projects are coming up in Sarjapur including Signature Classic and Aryan Golden Arena. The future looks rosy for Sarjapur and Sarjapur Road with Wipro and Infosys having their operations nearby and the rapid development in civic and social infrastructure. In another development that may boost the real estate market in the near future, the BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagar Palike) has decided to build a median which is three metres wide. This will have bicycle tracks on both its sides along with trees. The Sarjapur Road is also being widened and this will ease traffic movement considerably according to experts. The proposed road will comprise of a wide median and six lanes. This development should certainly boost property markets here in the future.
