Sector 150 has transformed into one of the most coveted residential destinations in Noida. Sector 150 offers one of the fastest growing micro markets in the city and comes with all necessary civic infrastructure. This market is witnessing several new launches spanning multiple segments. Sector 150 is well connected to several areas in the NCR and offers projects, which are reasonably priced. Sector 150 is located strategically at the intersection point of the Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida-Noida Link Road and the Hindon River. This will be possible via the proposed road, which is 120 metres wide in Greater Noida Phase 2.

The metro railway network is also being extended from Noida City Centre to Greater Noida and this will link Sectors 71, 149, 153 and Noida City Centre. The metro network will run till the Delta Sector after crossing Greater Noida’s Pari Chowk. The work on the metro railway network is expected to be finished by the end of this year. The upcoming metro railway line is expected to lower commuting times hugely.

Several premium residential real estate projects have been developed in Sector 150 including Godrej Nest, which is a mega development from the Godrej Group. Sector 150 is well connected to nearby sectors including the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and Sector 153. Sector 150 is well connected to the knowledge hub in Greater Noida and several reputed educational institutions and hospitals. The proposed recreational zone will also boost the area hugely along with a green belt. The area will not witness rapid infrastructural development and the abundant green cover will remain intact as a result. Several leisure projects have also been planned in the area and these will drive future growth in the realty sector.
