Sector-65 is steadily becoming one of the preferred investment destinations in Gurgaon and is located along the tony Golf Course Extension Road. This is a prime location to buy a home and also has future growth potential which will augur well for investors. The locality has several new residential projects being developed and easy connectivity to all major places in Gurgaon is a key driver of growth here.

Sector-65 is well linked to all major zones including the HUDA City metro station (8 kilometres) and the DLF Cyber City which is a prominent commercial hotspot. Other major areas like Sectors 50 and 49 and Sushant Lok are also easily accessible from Sector-65. Buyers can choose from several under-construction and ready-to-move in homes here as per their desired lifestyles and of course, their budgets. The area is more or less peaceful with wide roads and there are plans for the development of a green belt on both sides of the Golf Course Extension Road which has been welcomed by local residents.

Several well-known real estate developers including EMAAR MGF and M3M have come up with premium projects in Sector-65. The  majority of the residential units available here are apartments although there are a few commercial properties and residential plots on sale too. The area is a favorite with mid-range and upper segment buyers. The area is well connected to leading hospitals like Medanta along with several grocery stores, bus stops, shopping malls and reputed schools. The Golf Course Road helps in accessing the Indira Gandhi International Airport which is approximately 22 kilometres away from the neighborhood.

Civic amenities are improving rapidly in the area and there is ample future growth potential although prices have not gone up majorly over the last couple of years as per reports. 2 and 3 BHK configurations are mostly popular with buyers which are priced between Rs.80 lakh-Rs.3 crore or even a little higher for a few ultra-luxurious projects. The area will still take a little time to develop fully according to experts but it offers seamless connectivity to major business zones in South Delhi, Faridabad and Gurgaon.
