We continue to believe that RERA is a game changer – for all stakeholders alike:- leading to massive consolidation (and compliance) across developer and brokerage space, and acting as catalyst for consumers to start trusting commitments in letter & spirit. With Square Connect program, we are now gunning towards 100k channel relationships (from existing 20k) to help individual/small brokers /channel partners to ensure their compliances are met; they get all operational, CRM, lead and working capital support needed to scale up; and they continue to get more efficient in monetizing their client relationships.
