World View is the second tower in the same complex as World One, and it comes with a clear view over the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, one of the better perks of living this high up.

6. Lodha Trump Tower, Marquise, Allura, Parkside & Kiara, Mumbai

These five towers are practically twins: same height, same floor count, same year of completion, all part of the same Lower Parel development. One correction worth making here: 268 metres works out to about 879 feet, not 915 feet, as a few sites still claim.

7. Piramal Mahalaxmi North Tower, Mumbai

This is one of the newer entries on the list, only finished in 2025, so it hasn’t made it into a lot of older roundups yet.

8. Omkar 1973, Towers A & B, Mumbai

Sitting on a 9-acre plot in Worli, these twin towers were developed with input from the architecture firm Foster + Partners. Since both share the exact same height, they’re really best treated as one entry rather than two separate records.

Close to Mumbai Central station, Nathani Heights offers views of the Arabian Sea on one side and the Mahalaxmi Racecourse on the other, a fairly rare combination for a residential tower.
