The metro railway line between Ghatkopar-Versova-Andheri is easily accessible from Chembur as well.

There will be several premium residential projects completed in Chembur over the next year as per reports. Within three years, Chembur will touch the 20% supply mark according to experts. Prices are steadily increasing in Chembur and it is on course towards becoming a prime residential location in Mumbai’s suburbs.
