Linking your old PF account to your UAN can be done online on the EPFO member portal. After logging in with your UAN, navigate to "Online Services" and select "One Employee - One EPF Account". Verify your details and click "Add" to enter your old PF account information. Choose the employer holding the relevant documents for verification, then submit the request after receiving an OTP on your phone. The portal provides a tracking ID to monitor the process. If online linking proves difficult, email uanepf@epfindia.gov.in with your UAN and the old PF account number.
