It has good security as well as power backup for full convenience. It's near many shopping areas and public transportation, so you won't have any trouble getting around. If you're looking for a place to stay in Parel, I would definitely recommend this apartment!

The location is prime, but traffic jams during rush hours can be infuriating, impacting daily commute.
I bought a pretty spacious 2BHk apartment here last month, love it so far. The location is pretty great too as you can easily get to work through Eastern Express highway. I highly recommend this place not just because of its location but also because of other factors like the security features, recreational area, well maintained condition, cleanliness etc.
I came to know this place provides everything you need like 24 hour water supply and an electricity backup. My 2BHK has two major bedrooms that can accommodate up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances.
The children's play area and clubhouse have become favorite hangouts for our family. But the maintenance fees are on the higher side.
