-Greater Noida Expressway is a 24km long stretch, was inaugurated in the year of 2002. It’s a well-known stretch in NCR region. The Infrastructure development in around expressway has improved the brand positioning of this real estate market into this region. It has established itself as one of the prominent offices as well as residential corridors in NCR.  Moreover, Noida Expressway has transformed the region – from an affordable destination to a mid-segment as well as high-end residential zone. The Expressway has been the motivation behind the rise of affluent residential sectors (from 129 to 150), having a robust social infrastructure and well-planned internal connectivity.  Over the years, several multi-national companies including BPOs and IT-ITeS firms have established their offices along the high-speed link. As per estimates, more than 50,000 people commute to their workplace via the Noida Expressway on a daily basis.
Noida Expressway Zone is a very prime residential locality with excellent connectivity to Delhi via Delhi Noida Delhi (DND) flyover. Another side of Noida Expressway Zone is connected with Yamuna Expressway which takes you to Agra in just 100 minutes. The six-lane highway provides an immense pleasure to drive at a speed of 100 km/hr. As per the Noida Authority plans it has dedicated 80% of the total area as a green park, it is one of the biggest in the country. Authority is also promoting the green building concept with builder firms. Various options available for home buyers in all segment range (like affordable, mid-segment as well as in luxury segment) with all the social amenities such as schools, hospitals, hotels/restaurants, malls and many more in around this belt. It has attracted several developers including Tata Housing, Logix, Supertech, Unitech, JP Group, ATS, Antriksh India, Assotech Realty, and Mahagun and many others have built world-class apartments/towers and commercial complex and office hubs. The property rates in these areas have seen the upward movement over the last years. 

Connectivity:
As per the real estate, prospective Noida Expressway is a favorable destination to invest or to live, due to its better connectivity with other parts of the NCR region like Greater Noida, Delhi via roads and metro. Noida Metro link (Aqua Line) – soon to commence – along with the expressway, which connects all major sectors here to main Noida. The aqua line metro (29.7km) will connect Noida and Greater Noida areas with rest of the NCR parts. The nearest railway station to Noida Expressway is Nizamuddin (located less than 20 km away) and New Delhi Railway station at a distance of 25km.
 

Social Infrastructures:
This property market is well-known for higher education centers have sprung up in the area to cater to the newly settled residents. Sharda University, HCL, Shiv Nadar University, and Gautam Buddha University are the prominent academic institutes.

  • Major MNC companies like Dell, HCL, IBM, TCS Adobe, Alstom, etc. are near, making the region an employment hub.
