It's a nice locality that is close to Western Express Highway, School, College, D-mart and Gardens.

I have been living in this locality for my entire life, from since when I was 2 yrs, the place is very convenient, Kandivali and Borivali both stations are at 10mins, just besides the highway, soon there will be metro station just at 5 mins, and all the facilities and amenities are within reach(schools, colleges, hospitals, malls) , safe and clean place. Good Schools are nearby Well-maintained Roads Markets at a walkable distance Good Hospitals are nearby No Power Cuts Safe at Night Only thing to dislike is there can be very heavy traffic on weekends on the road that connects to Highway, due to metro construction it's very regular, otherwise it happens sometimes and that can be very long sometimes, roads that connect to highway are rather small and get accumulated by traffic easily. Things are overpriced here looking at the locality people are ready to pay anything so things are a little overpriced.

It's a nice locality that is close to Western Express Highway, School, College, D-mart and Gardens.One of the upcoming locations. You do not need to take your vehicle out for anything as everything is available in 10 minute walk distance. School, college, office spaces, malls, metro and rail connectivity at its best.
