This locality is filled with parks and scenic landscapes. I am very comfortably living here.

Even many cars and scooter dealerships are within a walking distance of Bellandur.

Well connected by road and soon there will be Metro connectivity as well.There’s pretty much good safety and security and there are really good plus points because there are all available services and shops. There is good public transportation facility here and you can easily get cabs. The cost of living is very very high here. If you wanna stay in PG, you wanna spend minimum 10k with three times food. This place has predominantly migrants from other states.

Here are many famous schools in the Bellandur area, like Orchids International School, Dave International School, etc. This location is easy to commute here anywhere in the town. Also, this area has a good environment for living in this locality. Wipro Technology Campus is a landmark of this locality. In some areas, the water quality is poor. Also, have water logging problems.
