    I appreciate it’s still somewhat green and apart from the core city noise. Although it's a bit of a drive, connectivity with several bus stops and the nearest functioning metro station, Huda City Centre, is excellent. For necessities, there are nearby institutions like St. Xaviers High School and hospitals like Sarvamangala Hospital. Particularly for large flats, rents are unexpectedly cheap. Usually, the neighbourhood is very secure and I have not seen any places prone to criminality. But the lack of planned entertainment and big shopping malls in the area as well as a striking absence of public parks or green spaces outside the primary residential community boundaries are the two gaps.

    Purchased my house in Gurgaon's Sector 89 for its excellent connections to the Dwarka Expressway, close proximity to the IGI airport and key commercial hubs, as well as its well-designed residential developments with green areas. The rooftop terrace evenings with cityscape views and simple access to fresh restaurants and stores close by are what I love most.
