As a property consultant, I find this project attractive because of its location and the complete range of amenities provided.

I am quite satisfied with my property in Prestige Park Grove. Prestige Group is the developer of the luxurious residential development Prestige Park Grove in Whitefield, Bangalore. It provides various-sized apartments and villas with contemporary features and style. There are open areas, water, and vegetation all around the project. Malls, schools, hospitals, and IT parks are all nearby. It has excellent road and metro connectivity. In this environment, you can feel comfortable.

One of Bangalore most well-known developers, Prestige, created the stunning Prestige Park Grove project. It is situated in Whitefield, East Bangalore, and has excellent access to important thoroughfares such as Old Madras Road and Whitefield Main Road. The area of Prestige Park Grove is 72 acres. There are 3715 units in the project. Prestige Park Grove is currently in its new launch phase. There are several different configurations of flat apartments for sale which I recently saw.

I am very happy to have become an owner of Prestige Park Grove, and it offers both villas and apartments. My 2-BHK apartment is very spacious and comfortably accommodates my family. My children spend their time in the kid play area. Interestingly there is also a separate area for pets, which is particularly loved by my retriever, Bruno. To stay fit, I use the Gym and swimming pool in the common area of the building.

Prestige Park Grove not only promised excellent quality apartments and villas with top-notch residents, it also promised location advantage to the residents. The Whitefield neighbourhood is served by the Whitefield Railway Station (Chennai Central-Bangalore City Line). Whitefield is home to St. Joseph Convent School, and The Cambridge Junior School. Relatively close are 4-6 km distant popular medical facilities as Manipal Hospital, Brookfield Hospital, and Hope Hospital. Forum Neighbourhood Mall and Inorbit Mall are nearby.

Prestige Park Grove is an excellent undertaking. Prestige Building gives me the impression that it is more than just a place to live. It about bringing aspirations to life, making statements, and designing areas where life occurs. 1 BHK was reserved for investment purposes. The project primary feature is the mix of a villa and apartments on a massive 70-acre plot of land with first-rate amenities and close to I T Parks. I am happy!

Proximity to utility services and IT parks enhances its charm. The proposed amenities are quite impressive.

The peaceful ambiance, with gymnasium and power backup facilities, provides an ideal location for relaxing living.

I am very happy to have bought an apartment in Prestige Park Grove. One of the newest addresses for homebuyers is Prestige Park Grove. Prestige Park Grove offers condos and villas for sale. The project takes up 71.56 acres of space. About 3627 units are available. The housing complex Prestige Park Grove Whitefield consists of 19 towers totaling 42 stories. Located close to the project is the Kannamangala Primary Health Center, an important landmark.

Beach volleyball courts, swimming pools, and mini theatres are just a few of the fantastic amenities that Prestige Park Grove Bangalore East has to offer. Whitefield railway station, Whitefield metro station, and Channasandra metro station are a few of the well-liked transportation hubs that are closest to Prestige Park Grove. The closest train station to this location is Whitefield Railway Station. It is conveniently located in Whitefield to make commuting seamless for the residents and it is a big plus point for me for sure.

Prestige Park Grove is indeed the right choice for my family. I can say the construction quality of the building is excellent. Big size project, amazing floor plans, great flat sizes, awesome amenities and good location (close to metro station and a Mall is also coming soon). Five of our pals reserved apartments in the prestigious Park Grove project. Given that Prestige is a well-known brand in Bangalore, we believe the project will be outstanding.

When I came to Bangalore, Prestige Park Grove grabbed my attention. Prestige is developing a project that is extremely luxurious and premium. The project open space environment, club house, and bowling alley are excellent amenities. The sizes of the flats are reasonable. Forum Mall is also being developed. Indeed, the costs are exorbitant, but in my opinion, this is the new normal in Bangalore, with great locations and connectivity. An excellent project all around.

While amenities in the project are decent, prices are a tad on the higher side compared to other projects in the area.

I invested in a unit here, but the maintenance services have been below expectations.

I think Prestige Park Grove is conveniently located in Whitefield, Bangalore, and there couldn?t be a better choice for us. One of East Bangalore most upscale neighbourhoods is Whitefield, which has a ready supply of residential apartments. Prominent IT parks are situated in the area, including Brigade Tech Park, Mind Camp Tech Park, and International Tech Park. However, to my disappointment, residents have expressed concern about Whitefield high traffic jam and air pollution levels. This is my only bugbear.
