BKC, Kurla, and Navi Mumbai are all instantly available to me. The convenience of metros, trains, and buses is a major benefit, I have to confess. Diamond Garden excursions are something I like. I see students commuting easily. Living here is really wonderful. But I have high rent and peak-hour traffic.

I didn’t have high expectationswhen moving in (I’ve generally felt the better the tour the worse it will reallybe). The best thing about this development though has to be the location. It’s rightthere in the middle of the Mumbai Harbour district so the connectivity is topnotch. You can reach both the Eastern express highway and the Easternfreeway easily in a few minutes and go anywhere you need to.

The Surana Sethia Hospital is just a few minutes from the development by carand the K Stars Mall isn’t very far either. I’m writing this while it’s still inconstruction so I can’t speak for the apartments yet. From the tour I was giventhey looked simple but elegant with a focus on freshness.

There are lawns and parks all around the buildings for that and the upper floorrooms have balconies where you can relax and take in the air. I'll updatethis if I find anything bad but for the time being, this place looks perfect.
