What I adore most about this project is that it complies with Vastu! My main concern when looking for a house was Vastu, and I found that many of the projects were not Vastu-friendly. But the pride did not let me down. The abundance of natural light that fills our new residence is another feature I enjoy. I too was searching for a home to live that allowed pets, and I did not find myself let down.

For my small family, I've been searching for a one-bedroom apartment with great amenities, and I believe Ajmera Apartment meets my needs. There don't seem to be any other major problems in the area other than the traffic problem. My spouse and I still consider it to be our first priority. There are many of amenities on the property, and there will be plenty of room for parking. We shouldn't be searching elsewhere, in my opinion.

The business hubs that are in proximity to Ajmera are BricSpaces Private Limited, RMZ Infinity, and Bagmane Tech Park. It is well connected to Kalyan Nagar, and the Kalyan Nagar bus stop is only a few kilometres away. Banks, ATMs, groceries, shops, and schools are located nearby.

In close proximity to the State Bank of India lies this project. Undoubtedly, Ajmera Apartment offers a variety of sporting amenities, such as sand pits and kid-friendly play areas. I have reserved an apartment, which I believe is well-positioned and in line with Vastu principles. Ajmera quickly drew my attention because I am picky about something like this. The living area is quite large, and the rooms are well-ventilated. The kitchen is also big enough.

The Ajmera Apartment is situated in Bangalore Banaswadi neighborhood. The homeowners have already received their move-in ready apartment in Ajmera. Living here is safe since there is round-the-clock security. What I adore most about this location is the big green space. The clubhouse of the flat is another venue for events. The furnishings and fixtures are of high calibre. It has been kept up and is clean. Regular maintenance is also promised by this project.

My son will go to school in a few months, and since we are moving into this apartment soon, I am glad that it is in proximity to good schools like Gem English High School, Dev Matha Central School, and Sri Chaitanya Techno School. All these schools are within walking distance of our newly purchased apartment. It also offers great connectivity to the Outer Ring Road. I really like how this project is strategically located.

All basic amenities are offered at Ajmera. Fresh water supply and power backup are the basic conveniences that you will get here. My children play with other kids in the play area, and smaller children also play in the sand pits. My children also love to spend time in the games room with us on the weekends. The outdoor area is green and free from pollution. It is strategically located and close to basic facilities.

It is well connected by important roads, such as the Outer Ring Road and is situated in Banaswadi, East Bangalore. The project is in a ready-to-move state. During our search for an apartment in East Bangalore, this project was an instant hit. The rooms are large, have lots of natural light, and are well-ventilated. Extremely thoughtfully organized.
