Emaar Palm Hills neighborhood is very nice in Gurgaon. I like shopping and I get Eros City Square Mall, Raheja Mall, and Sohna Omaxe Mall nearby. Weekends will be more fun when we go to the adventure and nature parks here. Also, cafe shops and coffee houses are nearby. All over the project, in my opinion, it's a value for money. I am grateful to be part of Emaar Palm Hills.

According to my experience, our villa is so luxurious with the premium bath fittings. The design of flooring of the bedroom is decorated with laminated wood, which is very attractive. I am satisfied with the other amenities like a badminton court, cycle track, swimming pool, yoga areas, party hall, etc. And the other side, since I am a nature-lover, the harvesting rainwater and large amount of greenery attracted me.

The best part of the location of Sector-77 has good connectivity. I can easily reach my office quickly through NH 8. It's easily connected to many schools, markets, hospitals, and business hubs. So in my view, connectivity wise it's very well settled.
