The apartments are spacious and well-kept, with good amenities like a cycling track and kids' play area for the people with kids. The location is also great—right in the middle of Powai! I would definitely recommend Lake Pleasant to anyone looking for an affordable place to live in Mumbai.

Bought a 2BHK at Lake Pleasant a week ago. The development is quite close to the main road and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. I'm happy with the overall experience here and would recommend it to others looking for a good place to stay in Hyderabad.

Lake Pleasant was a great choice for working remotely . It has all of the amenities necessary to live comfortably, including a jogging track and access to nearby schools and hospitals. The apartments are spacious and secure, with power backup in case of outages. I would recommend Lake Pleasant to anyone looking for long-term lodging in Powai, Mumbai.

Lake Pleasant is a beautiful community and it's still new. If you're looking for a place to settle down, this may be one of the best developments around the city. Seriously impressed with the quality of construction of the apartments, and mine has a very beautiful terrace to relax on.

I've stayed at Lake Pleasant for three weeks now and it's been very pleasant. I bought a 2BHK apartment and it's pretty well designed with a simple layout. A power backup and jogging track comes with the development. Green parkland surrounds the entire place so it's pretty refreshing there too.
