PositivesPositives:
In Sector 19, I am a small, joyful renter. I believe this area stands apart from others mostly due to its close proximity to the well-known Brahmaputra Market and central location. Though my experience as a renter is adequate, I sense the properties are very old and require work. The primary advantages are the closeness to Sector 16 Metro station and Sector 18 business district. Near around, Kailash Hospital is a familiar name for health. The nicest feature is the cheap rents.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Though some crime reports describe mobile snatching near the park gates at night, safety is okay. Some contemporary gym facilities are somewhat far from my neighbourhood. In this block, I desperately require more road repairs as well as improved street lighting.

PositivesPositives:
I am a quite content owner and want to emphasise the upbeat atmosphere of Sector 19. One of the most established and greenest residential neighbourhoods in Noida, according to me, is this. Because my kids go to Marigold Public School right in my neighbourhood, my experience has been very good. I believe the local RWA keeps the parks well and is rather busy. Every line of my visit demonstrates my great appreciation for this neighbourhood.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
Still, I have some thoughts about an insufficient amount of services. For our local events, we definitely need a better public community center. Another drawback is the absence of a decent garbage disposal system. I hope the authorities resolve these little matters.

I am a satisfied owner; I adore my life in Sector 19. It is in the Noida centre. Thus, I find this place rather handy. According to my experience, emergency services like Max Hospital are only a brief drive away. My journey is quite simple thanks to the connection with local buses and the Blue Line metro. This location is ideal for a quiet existence, as everything from banks to food stores is within easy walking distance. Here with my family, I sense a lot of safety since the surroundings are always well-lit and bustling. For shopping, I go to the nearby DLF Mall of India.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
My only worry, though, is the low water pressure we encounter daily and the ancient electrical wiring.

PositivesLiving in Sector 19 makes me very happy. Being next to the Atta Market and Sector 18 market is the main benefit of this location in my opinion. As a renter, my proximity to my workplace in the neighbouring business area is the most useful feature for me. For my daily commuting, I use the Sector 16 and Sector 18 metro stops. For health needs, I recommend Indo-Gulf Hospital; having the nearby Government Postgraduate College is quite helpful. The rich vegetation in the nearby parks appeals me. I believe the rent is really cheap. One thing that irritates me is the inadequate parking for my bike. The antiquated sewage lines are the most urgent area of refurbishment.

PositivesPositives:
The core atmosphere there was appreciated in Sector 19. I enjoyed being so close for my meals and movies to the Sector 18 shopping center. The primary benefit I gained was Delhi and DND Flyway's great link. I devoted much of my time to the Okhla Bird Sanctuary close at hand and the parks in my local community. I recall my morning stroll felt rather safe. Once I needed medical care, I visited the Metro Hospital; Cambridge School was close by.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
The severe traffic at the sector entry points gave me a bad impression. I believed the street lighting demanded really fast action. I still miss the utility.

Noida's center is in Sector 19. I believe I will have a premium quality of life here. I like the benefits of residing next to Max Multi Specialty Hospital and Indo-Gulf Hospital as well as the established environment. For my family, schools like Somerville and Marigold Public School are quite handy. My interactions at the Sector 16 Metro station provide me good travel advantages. I believe my rental return is good and the neighborhood is secure.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:

PositivesSector 19, as I believe it to be the most practical centre of Noida. My perspective is that being right next to Sector 18 Atta Market offers my customers the finest shopping advantage. For the great trek to the Sector 16 Metro station, I advise this place. Families like the nearby Marigold Public School and top care at IndoGulf Hospital. Because the streets are bright and busy, I believe the area to be rather secure for women at night. For fresh air, I enjoy the neighbourhood parks. Due to office demand, the rental yield is quite great. Still, the limited lanes and parking mess have to be addressed. This location is very central located.

PositivesPositives:
Noida is so close to Sector 19. For me, everything is reachable on foot, which I find really appealing. Clearly the network with the Blue Line metro is the greatest asset. I often go to Gardens Galleria or Wave Mall almost every weekend with buddies. For my groceries, I find the nearby Mother Dairy and the daily market quite practical. I especially value the verdancy in the little parks around my home. Sector 16's office of mine is only a fast automobile journey away.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:
I would change only the nighttime street lighting. Hopefully they narrow the lane problems soon. Living in such a busy and central location helps me a lot.

Since I worked at the Film City office hub, I lived in Sector 19. The proximity to the Sector 18 metro station was, in my opinion, the major benefit. For my demands, I enjoyed proximity to Max Hospital and the DLF Mall of India. I enjoyed street food daily at Brahmaputra Market, my preferred meeting spot. For my mobility, I made use of local rickshaws and automobiles always ready.
Things to ConsiderNegatives:

PositivesLiving in Sector 19 makes me quite happy since I want a quiet life with everything near and expertly maintained. I find this area gorgeous and quite helpful for families. I have great connectivity since I easily access Noida City Centre and Sector 18 Metro on the Blue Line, as well as smooth road access to Delhi. Near my house are schools such as DPS Noida and hospitals like Kailash and Metro Hospital, which makes me happy. Here, with security patrols and active residents, I feel secure even at night. Steady rental demand makes me think my investment is worth it. Parking problems and peak hour traffic call for immediate upgrading here, I am advising.
