Out of this 32 acres 84% is green and in remaining 16% is constructed only and have a low density project. So, this society attracts to new home seekers who are searching a good living place in Gurgaon on Very prestigious 'Golf Course Road' and adjoining Metro Station, banks, ATMs, conveyance stores, markets, etc.
