Pioneer Park Presidia has a very good neighborhood. As the project is located on Golf Course Road, I am always in close proximity to various schools, hospitals and shopping centers. Golf course road connects to important places of the city which helps me to commute easily.

The amenities provided by Pioneer Park Presidia is awesome. It has a restaurant inside the premises. There are plenty of outdoor and indoor games option starting from Badminton court, squash court to billiards, table tennis and yoga areas. In love with my choice to avail a flat in this wonderful project. Also the security measures are top-notch. CCTV, fire alarm, burglar alarm, intercom facility along with Emergency rescue process are a few to mention.

The spacious flats with so much open spaces attracted me to buy a flat here at Pioneer Park Presidia. Also the builder is a renowned one which made my purchase seamless. Really happy with the way the builder helped me finalise my flat. The greenery and the lawns is the USP of this project. Really happy with my decision to own a flat in this project.

The location of the property drew my attention first. It is located in Sector 62 which is a 10 mins drive to my office. The close connectivity to Golf-course road also is an added advantage for me to travel. Connectivity is really sorted as there are so many hospitals, malls, metro station and schools nearby. Really happy to book a flat here.
