The fact that it’s central location makes it easy for me to get towork is also pretty appreciated. The New Link Road is rightbeside the development, and the Guru Nanak Road is a littlemore than a km away. I don’t think I leave often as thedevelopment already has a gym and lots of courts for playingsports, along with a lavish clubhouse to spend your evenings in.
The security element is actually nice. There are guards on thegate around the clock and CCTV cameras throughout thedevelopment. My daughter often goes out alone strolling in thelawns and feels pretty safe as the grounds are patrolled regularly.
The amenities are about what you would expect from luxuryapartments based in the Andheri West. You get a power backupin case of an outage as well as treated water supply 24 hourswhen you move in, and there’s a lift so I didn’t have to sufferclimbing five flights of stairs.
My apartment is a little more cramped than some 3BHK roomsare in the city, but great furnishing and wide windows make itseem much bigger and certainly more comfortable. That said, it’salso a very relaxing place since my neighbours are pretty quiettoo and don’t make too much noise.
Well, okay, the Elements has actually managed to surprise me. Ibought my apartment not expecting much, since this is Mumbaiafter all, but when visiting Rustomjee Elements, I was pleasantlysurprised to see that this is actually a pretty nice place, everythingconsidered.
